With access to sustainable livelihoods posing significant challenges for the working generation and the education project’s aim to make education more relevant to the lives and livelihoods of students, Sazani provides students with enterprise skills training. Following this, participants devise a business plan to create and run a breakfast club in their school. All business plans have been successful and therefore received funding to establish the club. Students from the school are now able to affordably purchase breakfast from the club, providing benefits for health and improved concentration. The profit is then used for the development of the project. The Enterprise projects teach students invaluable business and team working skills, initiating crucial entrepreneurial skills for establishing local sustainable livelihood businesses.
