From the CCGL Curriculum framework; for example:

  • Knowledge and understanding of key concepts such as sustainability, globalisation and interdependence; using a variety of historical, geographical, social, political and religious perspectives to address contemporary issues
  • Attitudes, values: understanding different beliefs and respecting those who hold them, and becoming a responsible citizen of Wales and the world
  • Skills: carrying out investigations into issues in the local area and wider world, and understanding physical, social and political and physical environments and their role in them
