Chris Horrill had worked for over 30 years on adaptive participatory management for the sustainable development and use of coastal zones, nearshore marine areas and river basins in the UK and Africa. During his career, he worked for bilateral and multi-lateral international development agencies and national and international non-governmental organisations developing, advising, and managing large complex projects. 

The team at Sazani are devastated at the death of our friend and respected colleague Dr Chris Horrill. The world is a poorer place with his passing.  Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues.
