Chris Horrill
Chris Horrill has worked for over 30 years on adaptive participatory management for the sustainable development and use of coastal zones, nearshore marine areas and river basins in the UK and Africa. During his career, he has worked for bilateral and multi-lateral international development agencies and national and international non-governmental organisations developing, advising, and managing large complex projects. Chris is fluent in Kiswahili and Portuguese. Now operating as an independent consultant, Chris is currently working on establishing a collaborative management framework for priority fisheries in Zanzibar and a range of river restoration projects in the UK
